Returns & Exchanges

At AIIMA Sports, we are dedicated to your peak performance. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
